Goals:

To help reduce the relative unawareness and lack of information on the concepts intrinsic to the subject of green finance applied to the housing sector. The course considers the design of a green credit line with its basic elements and analysis of the future of these initiatives.

Methodology:

The course is taught online, and has been designed so that each participant receives it without neglecting his or her daily work. That is, it does not contain live forums or simultaneous discussions, nor it requires participants to be online 24 hours 7 days a week.

At the beginning of each day, tutors will present the tasks to be fulfilled: reading, exercises, participation in discussion forums and others. Daily assignments must be met within the established timetables. The course is graded with a minimum grade for approval.

Materials:

The course comprises a technical note, exercises and discussion forums addressing best practices on the topic coming from different countries, both proven and economically viable solutions.

The online training course is developed through ten (10) sessions spread over two (2) weeks with a level of effort estimated at 20 hours per participant.
